Do you have a lot of overhanging trees next to your house and filling up the gutters or are the neighbours trees dropping leaves and twigs onto the roof and then ending up in the gutters and blocking them as well as the downpipes. The solution is to have a leaf guard installed on to your gutters and stop them from filling up and blocking the downpipes which is the main reason most gutters overflow.
Steel leaf-guard comes in 2.5Mt lengths to suit Quad/Square-Line gutter. This can only be installed with internal gutter clips and not the external clips. All our new gutter replacements are installed with internal gutter clips, which gives them a new modern and streamlined look. Comes in plain Zincalume or Colorbond colours with a width size of 120mm.
There also is a plastic version with 5mm x 5mm holes, instead of the standard 10mm x 10mm holes that most DIY installations are used. This type is only suited for quad gutter only. This comes in 8mt rolls so has fewer lap joints and is a more economical way of putting in a leaf guard for your gutters.
Note: Leaf-guard requires some degree of maintenance after installation.
